Jim Weter: Vice
President of Operations
Jim Weter joined Paradox with a background in various types
of sales, marketing and operations. His past responsibilities have
included establishing and executing marketing plans, establishing
and implementing sales procedures, sales goals, job quoting, job managing,
new and existing client relations, Accounting A/P & A/R,
buying and selling of goods sold and customer support and ultimately
increasing profitability.
He is known for employing new procedures and implemented the use of
new technology to better track sales and jobs, thereby increasing
efficiency in sales and service.
Before joining Paradox Marine Jim worked in the marine industry in
various roles which have made him a valuable resource to Paradox
Marine.
