Brian Kane: Director of Research & Development

Brian Kane is a native of Massachusetts, growing up on the south shore of Boston. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology he moved to Ft. Lauderdale.

As head service technician for a yacht management company, he worked on all facets of the modern yacht, focusing mostly in marine electronics and systems.

Brian installed the initial Marine Magellan systems and was responsible for much of the product integration. With the startup of Edgewater Technologies Inc, Brian is now head of research & development, technical support, dealer training, and quality control.
